We analyze collisions between all sets of parts in the project and its operation.
For that, we simulate the mold kinematics and perform the SBSC Analysis.
Finally, we send a report of the analysis results to your email.

SBSC ANALYSIS
SBSC Analysis, or Step-by-Step Collision Analysis, consists of analyzing the design in stages of its kinematics. It is generally performed every 10mm of mold and mechanism opening. As a result, we have the collisions identified in each of these stages.

KINEMATICS
By applying kinematics to mold design, it is possible to analyze the trajectory of parts in relation to a reference. This results in a complete visualization of the movements that exist in a mold.
